Someone wrote, "The unexamined life is not worth living."   Here's an easy way to evaluate your past year.  It doesn't need to take you long, and it could give you--and each member of your household who does it--encouragement and a boost for the future.  You may even want to share it with each other.

On a single blank sheet of paper, write four category titles, one at the top of each quadrant of the page:  Accomplishments, Favorite Memories, Frustrations, and New Directions.
