A teaspoon at a time helps keep ya healthy!!!!
2-inch piece of ginger root, peeled and chopped
1-inch length of fresh horseradish root, peeled and chopped
one large garlic clove
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ cup fresh pineapple (I get the prechopped deli stuff)
¼ lime, juiced -- AND its skin
1 ½ Tablespoon honey
Put all in a glass jar and soak overnight in the fridge.
This concoction can be ground up in blender and pulp removed, saving the drink, but I just soak it...or if I do blend it, then I use the pulp with lentils or black beans for a meal.
Sip it by the teaspoonful throughout the day when feeling something comin on.
