Viruses seem especially nasty lately.  Here's a list of healing/immunity boosts to choose from for hourly barrages against germs when you feel that you might be coming down with something.  The key is to take several from this list, every hour you're awake.  Set your alarm for each hour, otherwise you forget and lose out on several sessions disturbing the steady attack effect!

And NONE of these: dairy, meat, or sugar (any, most especially not the processed kind), and no processed foods.  And no fat (it feeds mucous).
