Amazing formula, in a book by H. McCurdy:

1) Children should spend a great deal of time with loving, educationally-minded parents.

2) Children should have little to no association with peers outside of family and relatives.

There's the formula for greatness--and one of the many strong benefits of homechooling.  If that's what you as a homeschool mom are doing, the research shows that just what you are doing it just right!  Have a blessed day and energy for your plans!
