Circumcision: A brief overview of options (free e-book)
Here’s a different angle on male circumcision. The decision of whether to do infant male circumcision is perplexing to many parents today. Increasingly, most are deciding not to do it. Different voices are presenting arguments for and (increasingly) against it. Some argue for its health benefits, but more and more are arguing that it is painful, barbaric, damaging, and unnecessary.
The purpose of this overview is to inform you of a third option, which most people are unaware of. This information is a 9-page condensation of the full 32-page book, Biblical Circumcision vs. Modern Circumcision, available in your choice of print, Kindle and regular e-book formats. It will be especially useful to you if you know ahead of time that you are about to have a son—a baby boy. It’s much better to think about this topic now, rather than once he is born. At the time that parents make the circumcision decision, typically within the boy’s first eight days, many are not aware of the information that is presented here. By not studying the information that would intelligently guide them through their choices on this issue, some are deciding against circumcision by default. Doctors usually do not provide this information.
