Our Thanksgiving sale—lowest price ever for Zoom-Type!

Renee EllisonNov 6, '24
We at Homeschool How-Tos have so much to be grateful for and so, our flagship product Zoom-Type is now on sale for its lowest price ever. Buy the glue bound course book for as low as $10 (our standard price is $17.95). This offer is good through December 5, 2024. No coupon code needed.

One reason for this sale is to celebrate that Renee’s blog posts have now reached a total of approximately 500 pages. They date back to 11/23/2011 (13 years) and all are searchable at homeschoolhowtos.com – covering the gamut of topics of interest to homeschoolers.

Another cause for celebrating is the historic victory for life and religious freedom in the USA elections. As Jim Daly, president of Focus on the Family, observed today, “The outcome confirms that American families are hungry to live in a nation where they can raise their children in an environment that is physically safe, and economically viable, and where moms and dads and kids can unapologetically worship God.” A record number of American citizens, representing a very wide range of beliefs, voted for Donald J. Trump. In his victory speech early this morning, President-elect Trump, referencing the two assassination attempts against him in Pennsylvania and Florida, reported that “Many people have told me that God spared my life for a reason.” The Reverend Franklin Graham said of President Trump, "I pray that you will look to God every day for His guidance and wisdom." The November 5th morning reading of the fabulous book of Morning and Evening devotionals by the “Prince of Preachers,” Charles H. Spurgeon (1834-1892), remarkably noted that this same day was notable in British history for the discovery of a papal plot to destroy the House of Parliament in 1605: the Gunpowder Plot, when Guy Fawkes tried to blow up King James I and the British Parliament. He mentioned that 11/5 also was when William of Orange, aka William the Deliverer, who became King William III, landed on the south coast of England in 1688, resulting in the deposing of King James and the securing of religious liberty in the British Isles. The despotic King James (whose name, ironically, is on the KJV version of the Bible) was aggressively undermining the liberties of his people and also was persecuting Protestants who did not think like he did. Our Puritan forefathers made that day a special time of thanksgiving, celebrating a rebirth or religious freedom and the protections of the rule of law by directly elected representatives of the people. Then, on that day in 1773 in the Colony of Massachusetts John Hancock was elected as moderator at a Boston town meeting that resolved that anyone who supported the Tea Act was an "Enemy to America" (the Boston Tea Party followed on December 16th).

So: Black Friday is here early at HomeschoolHowTos.com and we invite you to purchase the world’s best touch-typing program for the lowest-ever price. It makes a good present; save on shipping and buy multiple copies at once. While supplies last.
